Innaugration of AMIEE Student Chapter at Zeal College of Engineering and Research
The AMIEE Association takes immense pride in announcing the official establishment of the AMIEE Student Chapter at Zeal College of Engineering and Research, Narhe, Pune under the Department of AI & ML. This new chapter marks a significant milestone in creating greater opportunities for students to engage in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, academic collaboration, and professional development. It will serve as a dynamic platform for technical workshops, research initiatives, and industry-academia networking.
The inauguration ceremony witnessed enthusiastic participation from approximately 155 students and faculty members, featuring the felicitation of guest speaker Mr. Ankit Kumar from Designtech Mathworks, Pune, by the Head of Department, Dr. Dipali K. Shende. This was followed by the commencement of a two-day MathLab Workshop, providing students across all years of the B.Tech programme hands-on exposure to bridge theoretical concepts with practical implementation.

About the AMIEE Student Chapter
The establishment of the AMIEE Student Chapter at Zeal College of Engineering and Research (ZCOER), Pune, marks a significant milestone in fostering innovation under the Department of AIML Engineering, following its successful inauguration on 29th September 2026. The event drew around 155 enthusiastic student and faculty attendees, featuring the felicitation of guest speaker Mr. Ankit Kumar from Designtech Mathworks, Pune, by Head of Department Dr. Dipali K. Shende. Designed to bridge theoretical concepts with practical implementation, the inauguration was immediately followed by a two-day MathLab Workshop from 29th to 30th September 2026, providing students across all academic years hands-on exposure to the essential mathematical foundations of AI and ML.
