Faculty Development Programme

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of an Online Faculty Development Programme (FDP) and workshop on the innovative theme: "Future of AI in Education: Enhancing Teaching and Learning." This comprehensive programme was organized by the Commerce and Management Association of India (CMAoI) in collaboration with AI-ML, Innovative Entrepreneurs, and Engineers Association (AMIEE) and Saradha Gangadharan College, Puducherry, and was conducted from April 14, 2025, to April 18, 2025, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

The Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on "Future of AI in Education: Enhancing Teaching and Learning" was a focused initiative designed to empower faculty members and educational professionals with cutting-edge knowledge and practical skills required to integrate AI technologies into modern educational practices. The programme was strategically scheduled during evening hours to accommodate the busy schedules of working educators and academic professionals.

This comprehensive programme featured expert speakers from esteemed institutions across India, covering a diverse range of topics related to AI applications in education. The sessions focused on bridging theoretical foundations with practical implementations, providing participants with unique insights into how AI can transform teaching methodologies and enhance learning outcomes in the digital age.

This FDP was designed to provide educators, researchers, and academic professionals with a comprehensive understanding of AI applications in educational settings. Across five engaging days, participants explored modern AI tools, innovative teaching techniques, and educational technologies that are revolutionizing the learning landscape. The program emphasized both theoretical knowledge and hands-on applications, guided by distinguished speakers from prestigious institutions across India.
